真得很累，身心灵都超级的累！

this is a great movie actually...
previously it has first part
which i watch with another ppl
and this, i watch with my little dear dear..hehe
and found that there are alot of things we can learn from both of the movies
except fighting =.=
it is violent laa......

sacrifice my OT claim and went time square for this movie.
before this, we went sek hou for our dinner
the food is ok actually,
not that very very delicious as someone said
at least better than many restaurant
but their services is lousy
even lousier than before
next time i won't been there for my meal anymore
unless they change all of their service crews

im not saying that im fastidious about it
but just imagine yourself if you were them
how customer will treat you back
you may be a customer of every store
but have you become them to treat your customer?
and what is the feel?
im lucky, to met good customers
and I didn't get any complaints from all customer.

"最近我觉得，有时候我的愤世是因为嫉妒，人能我所不能。之前主持真人秀唱歌比赛选模比赛是这样，最近主持选美也是这样。入行四年第一次主持选美，首先的感 觉是很新鲜的，可是还没有来到决赛当天，我就有和以前主持选秀比赛一样的内心超高分贝呐喊：我一定不会让我以后的女儿选美！

在选美赛中 最常用的词汇就是：美貌与智慧并重。智慧对于女人来说是很重要的一环是没错，尤其是现在，女人不再只是在家等者为下班的老公穿拖鞋的软弱角色。而至于选美 对于女性所规范的“美貌”，我总是觉得让现代女性太沉重。

身材好的女性要有“前凸后翘、玲珑浮凸”的线条。为此目的，佳丽女人们垫的 垫，塞的塞，殊不知这些前后的线条绝大部分的责任都应该归咎于爸妈的基因，或者时间更靠近一点，看你小时候吃什么。等你完全发育之后，你认为某某保健书籍 教你煲的木瓜汤，真的能够让你的咪咪更象木瓜？我看你连皮带籽吞十个木瓜也未必能够增大1mm。可是上面的saiz总是能够让你肯定自己的价值，甚至佳丽 会为那0.5 cm的差别斗气过不去，难道大一点就更容易摘冠？

和我一起主持选美的，来自北京的男主持人，当我大大声告诉他说，我这一 辈子大概都不会选美时，他笑笑说：因为你不够高！当下我有一股怒气涌上心头，并不是因为他的调侃，而是觉得奇怪，为什么高也是优点？那种感觉就是，一场比 赛其实是讽刺着所有身高不够165公分的女性，甚至是男性。怎么高度也是判断女性优质的标准？再来，说话的方式，如果大家熟悉香港式的选美，有没有发现他 们的佳丽在回答完问题之后，都会以中高尾音的“多谢”收尾。我每听一次这一个“多谢”，心就会打一个哆嗦。万万想不到的就是，这一个港式的“多谢”，竟然 也出现在我主持的那一场赛事！可见选美已经变成了一种技巧，一种可以学习的模式。别人怎么“谢”，你就怎么“谢”，别人怎么选，你就怎么选，如果这样，和 普罗大众想像中的“美貌与智慧并重”不是大相径庭？

随着寿司王会员日的到来, 所以昨天与我爱人还有他的 EX 同事到 KL Sentral 隔壁吃寿司
可以说，那儿没什么寿司吃
下次不要去那边了。。
送了爱人回家
回家途中
听到电台说起那明天上映的电影-初恋红豆冰
那么那 DJ 就问道

想起来才发觉到
原来我的初恋里什么都没有
一封信息？一顿午餐？一个地方？甚至是一首歌都没有
